Dr. Robin Spiering, MD

Dr. Robin Spiering, MD, brings more than 20 years of experience in Primary Care and Internal Medicine to patients throughout El Cajon and the greater San Diego area. A San Diego native, he earned his undergraduate degree from UCSD before receiving his medical degree from Georgetown University. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency through the respected Scripps Green residency program, establishing the clinical foundation that continues to guide his approach to patient care.

For more than two decades, Dr. Spiering has cared for patients in private practice, helping them manage both acute and chronic health concerns while building long-term relationships based on trust and continuity of care. His extensive experience in Internal Medicine allows him to evaluate health concerns within the context of the whole patient, recognizing how different aspects of health and wellness are often interconnected.

In addition to his primary care practice, Dr. Spiering is a certified BioTe provider, offering bioidentical hormone pellet therapy for patients seeking hormone optimization.
